The staff at the reception seemed helpful enough. I suppose that's a plus.
the room wasn't clean upon arrival and i had to ask for it to be cleaned again, so that was an immediate mood killer.

the room was spacious. i booked a one-bedroom bungalow. it included a really well-working air conditioner. the bbq chicken was amazing!!! i really liked it. the entire resort is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers.
the kids' club lacked diverse activities. the beach setup is not well arranged. i found that things are placed far from each other. the beach and pool closed around 6:30pm, while sunset was at 8pm.

I stayed in a bungalow, it was really close to both the hotel and the beach. The room was very clean. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. The selection of food available was very nice. There was something for everyone.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty in my room.

The hotel has a large pool area with many sun loungers. There is also a spa that offers a variety of treatments and massages. All facilities were well maintained and easy to access.

The Karnak Restaurant offered a diverse range of foods. Each evening presented a different theme. The food was always fresh. There was always something new to try. I was very impressed with the quality and variety of the meals.
